IRAS is the official journal of the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS), the European Group of Public Administration (EGPA), the International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration (IASIA) and the Commonwealth Association of Public Administration and Management (CAPAM).
IRAS, an international journal of comparative public administration, created in 1927, is published quarterly in three editions: English, French and Chinese Mandarin. IRAS publishes original contributions on a wide range of topics related to public administration and policy. It is fully indexed and ranked in the Public Administration category of the Thomson Scientific (formerly ISI) Journal Citation Reports (JCR). The IRAS score is more than 0,7.
IRAS and its complete English language deep back file – from 1957 – is available online via SAGE Journals Online on http://ras.sagepub.com. The French version of IRAS, RISA is also online from 2005 on www.cairn.info. The peer review system used for the selection of the article is a guarantee of the quality of IRAS.
