Re-building our Communities and Building on our Citizens
The tsunami in Japan and the crisis in the Arab states/North Africa could provide the needed backdrop. One will also explore the concept of capacity development and institution building/reinforcement developing an argument on the role of communities of empowered citizens in coping with the challenges which face the world, their countries and democratic process.
The Braibant Lecture will take place on Wednesday 6 July between 10.45 am and 12.45 pm.
